What to do if my app isn’t working?
If your app is not working you can restart the app. This will vary slightly from one device to the next, but the process is similar to:
- Open Settings
- Tap Apps
- Tap the unresponsive app
- Tap Force Stop
- Tap Force Stop to confirm
- Relaunch the app
What if I have restarted my app and it’s still not working?
If you followed the steps above, try restarting and/or updating your phone. If the app still isn’t working, open Settings and Apps then scroll down to your app to see if it’s due for an update.
How do I place an order?
Go to Shop -> Select a product -> Add to cart -> Checkout -> Forward Payment
What payment methods are accepted
We currently only accept the following currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR) & Ripple (XRP).
How are my payment details secured?
Cryptocurrency payments processed are direct P2P transactions in which you will be directly paying into our cold storage (offline) wallet addresses. The payments are confirmed and validated via the blockchain and nothing is internally processed or stored on our servers. You can therefore be rest assured that shopping is ultra safe!
